With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. If something doesn’t work out, you can request a return and send items back within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization # and return instructions.
We’re Here for You
If something is not right or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right. Let us know about the issue by contacting Customer Service and we will send you the replacement product, parts or accessories. If we send a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days of starting the replacement process. Otherwise, we will charge the full price for the replacement.
